Quality Hotel Nova Domus - Rome

Great location near Vatican, the Tiber Riverwalk, Trevi Fountain, Parthenon and many other wonderful sites, and the bistros nearby for coffee and croissants, could not be better. Again, walking distance to San Giuseppe al Trionfale. Huge rooms, a large bathroom. Croissants, cereal, pastries, fruit, and scrambled eggs - very very good breakfast...

breakfast and location were so nice. staff helpful to best of their abilities rooms average, but please commend staff they were clean and comfy LOVE a working bathroom that was sparkly clean and functional thank you!

lobby signs were displayed for dining services that were eliminated at START of panedemic and not available. we'd come in international and were hoping to have a meal there - not a deal breaker but take the menus and drink hours down.

Friendly ambiance for group travel

The hotel was a major disappointment. The room was poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and no hot water. Staff were uninformed and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating stay.

everything was bad except breakfast- big choice of food, nice service. nobody speaks english.

The location was nice and unbeatable, just a short stroll away from Christian and art museums. The beds were great, the room was beautifully maintained and brand-new. Rich and very very good breakfast and other services were very good!

Stayed at the hotel twice, first time it was a double room with shower cabin (which was ok) the second time it was a triple (bigger room with big bath - which was perfect). Room was cleaned every day and towels changed also every day. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of bakery and omlette, bacon, juice, tea, coffee, cheese. Good buffet! Another advantage is free parking. Metro is 10 mins walk from the hotel. Vatican is very close. We returned back to the hotel late at night and it was very crowdy in the streets. Tourist maps and bus timetables were available at the reception desk.

We liked the proximity to the Vatican, breakfast was good, near to subway and bus stations.

The hotel is in an old building, the rooms are small, tv-set is very small, minibar was empty, actually not at all a four stars hotel.

Great location but noisy neighbor issues

I recently enjoyed my stay, especially appreciated its fantastic location just a short walk from the Vatican. The room was spacious and well-kept, and I loved starting my day with a good selection at breakfast on the terrace. I found the noise from neighboring rooms to be a significant issue .

Proximity to key sites made exploring easy. Just a short stroll away, perfect for sightseeing. Many local dining options nearby enhance the stay.

Room cleanliness left something to be desired, with reports of stained carpets and outdated décor. Air conditioning didn't function effectively, causing discomfort at times. The breakfast selection lacked variety and freshness. It didn't cater well to vegetarian preferences. Plus, the noise insulation between rooms could be better. Hearing neighbors can disturb your peace.
